All Showing Gems products are subject to availability. Whilst every effort is made to ensure correct information is made available there may be occasions where this information could be incorrect.

We retain the right to discontinue items and change prices where applicable.

Ordering and Delivery

We will usually deliver  any  in stock item within 48 hours of receiving  payment in full. For Bespoke and Made to Measure items a 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering.

We will advise you on the time of delivery for Made to Measure items at the time of ordering.  All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

For Bespoke items payment in full is required on completion of the item. Failure to make the full payment will result in the deposit being retained and the item being offered for sale as a stock item.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Goods may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase on condition that they are received by Showing Gems in a 'as new' condition. This includes original labels and packaging where applicable.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return items by 1st class Registered Post.

Made to measure or soiled items will not be considered for refund or exchange.
